Board of Directors Pinecrest Academy is a non-profit corporation, qualified as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As with all charitable organizations, Pinecrest is governed by a Board of Directors, which bears ultimate responsibility for ensuring that Pinecrest fulfills its mission. The Board sets policy and hires the Executive Director to manage the day to day operations of the school.
The membership of the Board of Directors is currently comprised of the following individuals, which includes both Legionaries of Christ priests and local lay members. The board members are as follows:

All members with the exception of Father Ortega reside in Atlanta.
